My name is Florian Dieterle. As a management consultant and interim manager, I specialise in branding, innovation and change management. I help companies to achieve profitable growth and sustainable added value with the involvement of all relevant stakeholders.
With over 25 years of international experience as an executive (e.g. Henkel, Nestlé, Eckes and Weight Watchers) and consultant/manager (e.g. Weber Grill, Carl Zeiss, Essity, Dornbracht), my focus is on developing and implementing strategies in the areas of marketing, sales, change and innovation for the B2C, B2B, technology and services sectors.
My specialised background includes the development of business models, corporate mission statements, strategic brand positioning and operational brand management, profitable sales and customer management as well as innovation and change management, for example using design thinking methods.
In my projects, in addition to a strong customer focus, it is particularly important to me to adopt alternative perspectives together with the teams and thereby arrive at new viable solutions.
